Your medical consultation takes approximately 30 minutes, depending on the treatment. This gives you plenty of time to discuss your wishes and expectations. Your surgeon will perform a physical examination, draw up a treatment plan and explain everything you need to know about your procedure. After your consultation, you can immediately schedule a date for your surgery or treatment at reception (or you can decide later if you prefer more time to consider your options).

If you wish, our medical secretary will then prepare your surgery by scheduling an operation date, preparing your informed consent form, pre-operative instructions, medical questionnaire, payment arrangements, and any required laboratory tests or pre-operative examinations, and adding all documents and patient information to your medical file.

During an e-consultation (video consultation), you discuss everything online from the comfort of your home and upload your photos in advance.
