Dr. Visser completed her general medical education at the University of Amsterdam (Netherlands) in 1976.
She then trained in Germany to become a general surgeon and after that trained to become a plastic/hand and reconstructive surgeon.
Until 1995 she worked as a Chief Doctor in Essen (Germany) and started a separate plastic surgery department in a general hospital there.
Afterwards, Dr. Visser specialised mainly in aesthetic surgery.
Until recently she worked in private clinics, among which the self-founded clinic “de Arenborghoeve” in Venlo (Netherlands), the Bergman Clinic and the Velthuis Clinic. As of 2007 she became part of the surgical team here at the Wellness Kliniek.
