Confidential results

The results of each medical check-up and possible treatment are subject to doctor patient confidentiality. In the Wellness Kliniek every candidate is a patient. Only the patient will be informed about the results. This offers your employees the trust and confidentiality which they are entitled to.

Pre-employment medical assessment

A pre-employment medical assessment is important for both the employee and employer. After all you want to know if a potential employee is suitable for the job for which he or she is being considered. Your future employee also wants to know if he or she is suitable.

The pre-employment medical assesses whether the candidate's state of health will allow him or her to carry out their duties in a normal manner.

The examination will check for any risk of infection and whether the candidate has any complaints which could prevent him or her from performing his tasks.

The employer determines which tests are deemed necessary, in consultation with our doctors.

A report of the medical results will be issued to the employer only after agreement from the patient in question.
