Monobloc Silicone SoftOne implants: patented concept

Monobloc Silicone SoftOne is the latest highly cohesive silicone gel breast implant from Laboratoires Arion in France. This manufacturer, which also happens to be the inventor of the Monobloc Hydrogel prosthesis, is reputed to be the most innovative European designer of high quality breast implants since 1965.

The new Silicone breast implant was developed with a view to reliability and durability. In contrast to the water-gel filled Hydrogel breast prosthesis, the new Silicone SoftOne version has an extremely minimal chance of leaking.

SoftOne® silicone breast implants are filled with soft but highly cohesive silicone gel. Thanks to optimal viscosity of the silicon gel, in combination with the quality of the strong outer shell, fine, natural looking results are achieved leading to high satisfaction among patients.

Unique features

The filling material is comprised of new, soft and highly cohesive silicone gel. Therefore, the structure is almost identical to that of the mammary gland. This results in a soft and natural feeling prosthesis. The firm, highly cohesive, non-running gel safeguards against leaking incidents.

The patented casing – the outer shell- of the Monobloc Silicone SoftOne® offers additional protection. The outer shell of every breast implant is made of a single piece of material. The closure (patching) is autogenously fused together with the rest of the casing.
In other implants, the closures are adhesively bonded. A glued-together closure (patch) can let go, therefore increasing the chance of leakage.

The elastomeric shell is particularly strong and thin, minimizing chances of observing any breast implant under the skin.

The patented manufacturing process of Monobloc® prostheses ensures the extremely high degree of elasticity of 950%. This results in extremely strong and reliable breast implants.
Due to the extreme high 950% elasticity, the breast implant can be injected by means of a specially designed injection system, developed in-house at the Wellness Kliniek. It is therefore possible to introduce the breast implant via a very small incision in the areola, making the operation scar barely noticeable after a few months.

Reduced chances of capsule forming

All Monobloc Silicone SoftOne® breast implants have a special texture. This means the outside of an implant is manufactured to have a rough lamella. This surface texture ensures that chances of capsule forming are kept to a minimum.
